Hand Wash or Machine Wash: It's generally safe to either hand wash or machine wash nylon-spandex blends, but use cold or lukewarm water to prevent damage to the fabric.

Use Mild Detergent: Choose a gentle detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can break down the spandex fibers.

Gentle Cycle or Hand Wash: If machine washing, select a gentle cycle with a low spin speed to prevent stretching or damaging the fabric. Alternatively, place the garment in a mesh laundry bag to protect it during the wash cycle.

Avoid Heat: High temperatures can damage spandex. Always use cold water for washing, and avoid hot water, as well as high heat settings when drying.

Drying Instructions: Air drying is the best option for nylon-spandex garments. Lay the garment flat on a towel to remove excess water, reshape it if necessary, and then let it air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Hanging the garment may cause stretching.
